has anyone seen Aaron Russo-America Freedom To Fascism
this is a shocking documentary that tell you that there is no law in American constitution that states that Americans have to pay taxes. The government is using that money to pay its debts . Its a must watch for all Americans.

I am sorry for posting it here but I didn't knew where to post it. I just came across this and wanted to share it with others. I just want to know what everyone thinks.

Well i don't think any constitution grants explicit rights to governments for taxation... But as we all know it is taken for "GRANTED" ;)

I saw that a while back..Although I'd love to gather up the courage to tell the IRS to shove the taxes up their ass, I think I'll avoid rocking the boat. ;)

There is a free ebook out there too floating around. Used to sell it on ebay years ago :D. haven't seen the vid though so thanks. My general rule is they don't even hear from me unless I get money from them. It's been workin good for the last 15 or so years. What they don't know, wont hurt them or you. :)

that film was posted in this section a month or so ago... while it's true there is no law about taxes, the gov keeps fighting that info because they don't want people to know.

also, many people confuse "evasion" with "avoision". there are many legal ways to avoid
paying taxes, unfortunately most people don't learn about them.

from "investment programs" to "offshore banking", there are a great many easy (and legal)
ways to skip out on taxes.

Besides not having to pay taxes think of how many good ideas you can come up with sitting in a federal prison cell all day without all the distractions of modern life.

constitution is a broad frame work.It is the job of the legislative to make necessary laws
within that frame work for day to day administration. That is how paying tax become one of the fundamental duties of the citizen

Most of the people that choose to follow the advise that these "taxes are illegal" gurus put out, end up sitting in prison. There has been stuff like this floating around for years. The best way to fight taxation is to elect the right people into government. I hate taxes myself and wish there was some merit to much of this.

there's nothing in the constitution that says you can't jaywalk or sell peruvian flaked cocaine either, however those activities are forbidden. :D

using loopholes is better than not filing. so if you want to avoid tax, become very rich.
the gov doesn't go after the trumps or the helmsleys when it needs dough. it goes after
joe sixpack and jane soccermom. in other words... anyone who doesn't know how to fight
the system.

didja ever notice the public schools *never* teach anything about taxes......

I'd like to add that I actually support taxes. They're what keeps our society going. Building schools, roads, state services, and all that stuff that we think are "just there" are supported by taxes. Now, I don't believe in unfair taxation or wasting taxpayer money to bail out banks that failed through no fault of the taxpayer, or using tax dollars to wage a war that can have no victory.

Just my 4.7 cents. :D

Yeah I know a few people that had started construction business's and as soon as they started making 100k they all seem to hear from the tax man. I think they figure these guys have enough to pay a little extra and will just pay the bill instead of trying to dispute.

When I first started making some money I figured I should get a good tax person which I did but still got stuck with a 10k tax bill. That person doesn't do my taxes anymore.

Then found another smart tax guy that a lot of my friends have used and he got everyone's tax bill way down. Most to only a few grand per year. One guy had a 90k tax bill and he got it down to under 5k. He knows all the tricks, just have to find a good guy that can reduce the taxes legally.

First off, I completely understand and respect the reason for tax but-
I have read a couple of those sites and books where it outlines that when you sign that little dotted line that you owe such and such amount of taxes it becomes much like a promisary note and is held up in court much the same. Under the constitution, it says you are born a soverign citizen of the united states, free.... and when you pay taxes you become a federal citizen of the US. But the way the system is designed banks, loans, gov. programs and all, you must be on the up and up with the federal system or you can not use to the extent of their design.
Anyway, there have been many who have fought and won on this issue, but of course it would never be publicly announced or even get a hint of media attention.

At the end of the day, look how much of our hard earned money goes to taxes, not just your personal income, but think about your daily purchases that are extremely taxed on top of what is already paid in individually. It's unreal to think about how much money that the individual actually gets to keep, for themselves, for their own sweat and blood and lost time with their family.
Just my little rant, maybe one day we'll be able to hold onto at least 50% of what we make for the year after propety tax, income tax, vehicle tax, food tax, cigarette tax, etc., etc.

The best loopholes is to do what Ross Perot(refer to him as RP) does. In 1992 RP net worth was $2.4 billion. In 1995 it was estimated that RP annual realized income was $230 million. Thus he realized 9.6% of his wealth, but, paid only $19.5 million in tax or 8.5% of his income. This means that the percentage of his tax rate is lower than the average american. American households pay the equivalent of 12.9% in federal taxes of their annual realized income of $32,823. RP minimizes his taxes by investing heavily in tax free municipals, tax sheltered real estate, and stocks with unrealized gains

(source: "The Millionaire Next Door")

In short use those legal loopholes...you dont want to be doing 30 years for tax fraud.

On note: There are plenty of people who cheat taxes I know 3 who are alledgedly bankrupt. One of them is OJ simpson. Hiding assets and not reporting income is nothing new but think you going to tell the government to hit the road outright. That is just silly:wink1:.

Oh and to the remark above me about people winning court cases all the time avoiding taxes? The word would spread like wild fire if it were true. After all, wouldn't that be public knowledge and wouldnt the victors want to help citizens? We all know they would write books and show their court cases as proof. Media would have them on TV, radio etc. Unless it is somekind of conspiracy:rolleyes: That statement is hogwash sorry:usa:.

Tax legal deductions, but if you want to play
the game you have to pay to play.

My goal every year is to pay twice the
taxes I did last year because of my income.

dude I think you haven't seen this documentary. Do you know that schools, roads, state services and all the other stuff are taken care by the indirect taxes that you pay when you buy gas, liquor , cigarettes and other stuff. there is tax on everything. then there is a huge amount of corporate tax that government gets from big businesses.

the direct tax that you give is paid to the banks for government debts.
do you know that they started taking this tax from 1913 before that their was no such tax . but there were roads and bridges made at that time too.
the sixteenth amendment clearly stated that there would be no new tax applied but they still added this. Even though there is nothing written in the constitution about this law they still have IRS which implements this forcefully.

You should watch the documentary to understand things better. Its worth it.
