"You cant interact with certain accounts because of posts or accounts youve interacted with"

Hi so i got a problem. On december 12 i noticed that "features you cant use" had an orange tick and i disagreed with their decision on that day. Since then it says that my account has been restricted because of posts or accounts ive interacted with and the orange tick is still there. everywhere else i got the green tick but my reach dropped MASSIVE ! Im no longer featured on the explore page as much and per post i maybe make 20 people check my profile out when before it were thousand per post.

I tried switching the accounts to a new phone with sim card, being active like a normal user scrolling, deleting my link in bio, changing my pfp, changing my bio, deleting posts of december etc !

Did anyone had the same problem and got it resolved ?
