I just noticed that you can now "rate your experience with the buyer"
what good is this because now everyone will get good feedback because
all you have to say to the buyer is give me good feed back and I will give
you good feedback.. correct me if i am wrong

I think fiverr follow freelancer dot com step, which is buyer and seller can give rating to each other once the project completed. It is good for both seller and buyer, some buyer they are not actually buyer but the competitor with another account that might sell same service, and he/she is trying to do give bad rating to competitor.

"buyer is give me good feed back and I will give
you good feedback" That will always happen, especially on freelancer. Good for business too. :) If just the buyer can give the feedback, negative feedback with bad intention? Give the seller option to defend himself by giving feedback to buyers too. It is similar to freelancer, seller can defend by responding to negative feedback.

    Just my two cents. :D

It does not matter currently. A buyer with bad rep can still order directly and if you don't accept (because of his bad rep) he can still neg rep you for failing to 'deliver on time'. Unless they plan to stop direct ordering without seller's confirmation.
