I love systems/methods that I can fully automate and earn a good passive income. While i'm scaling my other "businesses", I spent one good week looking for other methods/systems that are fully outsource-able so that I can build and increase my overall profits.

E-whoring was one of method that I want to get into. I PM'ed a few people and some were really nice and offered some help. HOWEVER, there are a lot of uncertainty with posting in CL. It's getting harder and harder to post in CL considering the fact that I'm not from the US/CA. I found a way to get around the nasty posting rules in CL, but I'm just not so into e-whoring YET. :) I might just give the method away to those who offered me help as a gratitude. Not sure if it will work out, but i don't see any reasons why it won't.

Anyway, long story short, I spent one good year doing SEO, building websites and earning from Google Adsense. So naturally, Autoblogs caught my attention and it can be fully automated and highly scalable.

After reading a few guides here, I went to a VPS specially dedicated to autoblogs. My goal is to build at least 100 autoblogs by the end of december. I don't think I will be able to pull of $1,000/month from these 100 autoblogs, so I'm aiming to build more and flip those low-performing blogs.

I will update this thread whenever I make any progress. My goal today is to get familiar with the content plugins and see how it can work the want i want it.

    October 9 2009
    -VPS
    -1 Domain
    -Installed Wordpress
-Installed Autoblogged, Cafinated Content, Unique Article Wizard Plugin, and other basic wordpress tools to promote the blog.

    Problems
My plan is to monetize the autoblogs with Adsense, so duplicate content is a big no-no. Been playing around with AB and CC, but it didn't seem to fetch any articles at all. It only pulled a few excerpt from ezine and post it on the blogs

I will read more about these plugins and see how I can use any combination of plugins to pull contents from article sites and rewrite them on the fly. Once I'm able to do that, i will be working my ass off and build at least 2 auboblogs per day.

    Profit and Loss statement (LOL?)
VPS -$50/Month (I think it can host around 100 autoblogs with this spec?)

    • Intel Dual Xeon Harpertown
    • 512MB Guaranteed SLM RAM
    • 40GB RAID-10 Disk Space
    • 1000GB Bandwidth
    • 4 Dedicated IPs
    • cPanel / WHM
    • Virtuozzo 4 with Power Panel
    Domain - $9.00

    Total Investment: ($59.00)

    Total Income: $0.00

    Profit & Loss: ($59.00)

By the way, sorry if I come off negative, I'm just thinking you might be setting your expectations a bit high. It takes awhile to build your blogs, backlink them and wait for google to index you. 1000$/month is very doable, but probably not by December.

    @GoTop: I only use .Com

@NoWhere: Dont be sorry. Appreciate your opinions. I'm setting $1,000/month because I already have a few systems in place that builds backlinks for me. So I only need to focus on setting up the autoblogs and leave the rest to my workers. I will be using TheLinkJuicer.com to build some backlinks as well. :)

For on page SEO, make use of SEO plugins. I'm not sure HOW i can do this automatically since the plan is to automate the blogs 100%. If i were to do it manually, I will make sure that the keyword i'm targetting is in the title and a reasonable % of density in the content

As for off page SEO, get as many backlinks as possible. Be it Angela or PJ backlinks, they should work. Again, since we're talking about automating the process, I'd go with services that can generate backlinks for me automatically. (I.E TheLinkJuicer.com).

Very interesting thread - I'm looking forward to see your results. Although in order to achieve your goal you'll need:
    -A LOT OF backlink buidling
-SEO optimized blogs - keywords, permalinks, Platinum SEO plguin etc..
-a few good niches...highest possible search volume and low competition...

If got these things covered, then your goal is fully achievable...
Looking forward to hearing from you :)

hmm.. care to elaborate why shared hosting is better than a vps? I always thought that VPS is always better than a shared hosting since i can always get new IPs as and when i need them.

The last word on linkjuicer from a thread on here is that it wasn't doing shit.

Blogging is one of the toughest ways to earn a buck. $1000/month is a dream. Most people take 3 or 4 months to make their first $100.

vps is better if you buy additional ip c class ip .

    sample
if you buy foodrecipes.com (a) and support link site will be Asianrecipes com(a1) eruoperecipes com(a2) etc...

if all that site have diffrent ip address it will be good for seo thing .

Thanks.. I do know that promoting the blogs via SEO is as important as getting content to the blogs. One cant live without the other. :)

I don't know how many autoblogs I need to achieve the target. I'm still working on a plan to get around Google Adsense policy for displaying ads on duplicate content. Whatever plan that I come out with, i will make sure that it's highly outsource-able.

There are a lot of discussions on autoblogs, and believe me, I have gone through most, if not ALL of them. One of the problem i see is that most of the duplicate content are not indexed, some of them got banned from adsense for running autoblogs and blah blah blah. I'm not discouraged by all the hearsay and all the banning. But 100% duplicate content is out of the question and I will try to think of a way to add some values to the visitor so that I won't have any problem with Adsense.

I might go with just posting 10 solid re-written articles per month and hire a proofreader with limited access to go through all the autoblogs and edit the articles. In this case, I'd go with highly keyword optimized quality re-written articles than quantity, but it kinda defeats the purpose of building autoblogs. (More content = higher chance to discover more long tails)

Not sure if this will work out well. 10 articles/month may or may not be enough. I do know that it will work just as well if i hit the right keywords even with only 10articles/month. But I'm not casting a bigger net to capture more long tail keywords where I have a higher chance to rank better.

At the moment, I'm still messing around with the content plugins and picking the ones that will give me the best readable rewritten articles. Otherwise, getting a proofreader is just useless if he/she does not know what are the articles trying to tell.
