I have a new client with 70 reviews on yelp. they filtered 55 of them including a lot of good genuine reviews. he is left with 15 reviews 12 - and 3+.

yelp offered to remove them for $1000 per month!!!!!!!!!!!

is there any way for me to bury them? kill the listing and start a new one? atleast stop it from showing up on google maps?

    any suggestions pls.....

Two things come to mind (one came to mind after a quick Google search). Actually, make that three.

    1) Pay Yelp to remove them (yup, apparently they do that under the table. Expensive though)

    2) Build several sites on different IPs, and rank them above your Yelp page. Only downside is that your Yelp Page will no longer be of use, and won't bring you any business

    3) Counter those negative reviews with positive ones. Either do it yourself, or outsource it and have tons of positive reviews left. Obviously, try to make it appear natural.

I'd try any of the popular freelance sites.

Interesting, Won't they remove bad ones permanently? why monthly?

For info: most of fake reviews will get filtered as they review them manually.

they create an enhance listing and move the review out to the back or something.
The client told me that one of his patients tried putting positive reviews 3 time and all 3 times it got filtered.

the biggest problem is that the reviews are shown on the google map account as well.

and as far as charging as long as your paying they keep the negetives out of sight.

how would someone write reviews without getting them filtered? even chaning IPs wont work (i would think) you probably need a yelp account with number and numbers of verified reviews.
hmm so frustrating someone should sue their butt off and knock them out.
