yellowpages reviews / access from VPS

When I try to post reviews from my VPS to yellowpages.com I am denied access. Can't even view anything on that site at all. Not sure where my vps is but its far from my location in another country.
Do I just need USA proxies? Had someone posting reviews for me but they said they are now blocked and can't post there anymore. So I have just been changing my ip every day with the DSL and that allows me to post once a day.
