Hi guys, I'm having some problems with Yahoo answers killing one of my brands. I have competitors who post rubbish on legitimate questions asked about my business. How do I deal with this? Is there any tool or anything that can keep track of my brand related keywords so I can be the first to answer peoples questions before they get spammed by competitors? (I don't mind genuine comments) How do I manage my brands reputation in yahoo answers? I tried buying higher level accounts but most of the discussions are closed without giving the business owner a chance to reply to them. I think its unfair!! Thanks for your help. I'm even open to hiring someone to deal with this.
