    Okay,

I've been able to call the Yahoo SM customer support line quite often in the past month. But now, it seems like they are no long taking calls from people personally....but making you do everything through email. They have a recorded message now that says that you have to email them through there support link.

    Sucks!!!

I've been waiting over 3 days now for my $100 credit to show up in my account. Talk about SLOW!!

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

It turns out that yahoo has different accounts now when you sign up. 1. email support only and 2. phone supported account.

I logged into my old account and called yahoo and input that account number....I found that I was able to get an operator.

But when I put in my newly created yahoo search account number.....it sent me straight to a prompt that told me to use email support.

After talking to the reps...they told me that they are changing around the way accounts are handled and that phone support will only be available on accounts that spend a certain amount of money....but she was not aware of the amount needed to be spent.

Once you're spending $1500+ a month or they think your account has the potential to do so, you'll be elevated to "Gold" status and can have a dedicated rep.

Hey, the same happened to me.
I kept making phone calls but they never answered.
I emailed them and they replied the next day.
I am not gold yet though....

Well, their adult account reps are down the drain as far as I can see. First it was one clueless rep for months, then another one who was always away "in training". WHY would an active ad rep with customers need 2 weeks a month of training? Now the last thing I got from them was that the famous "allowed adult phrases db" or whatever is toast. I don't know about standard Yahoo but the adult area seems to have been slaughtered in its sleep
