    Have you got one?

    Did it add power?

    Can you comment?

Is Yahoo a place where DMOZ gets info from?

Currently sandboxed. Got my Yahoo directory link approved a week ago. No difference in Google. But increased SERPs in Yahoo and Bing.

Hell no, just think of the backlinking services you could buy for $299.

He's 100% right.. it does not have a value of 299.00... maybe 2.99 but you would be better served putting that 299.00 into other backlinks using a service or buying some software and using that.

There are some outstanding providers in the services section here and some excellent software available on this site.

Yahoo is way overrated. It was worth it back when it was $99 a year and Y! directory actually had good traffic. The only reason I'd ever get a Yahoo listing would be if I was building a major long term authority site. No reason for a spammer to be buying listings there.

    i had one
brought 100 UV/day for one week
then traffic dropped to less than 30UA/day
the url that got the link was removed from google about 1 or 2 months after the link was online.
didn't see any seo benefit, in fact, i think it ruined a lot for my site.

i won't list my site in yahoo ever again.
