    Damn right! 50% of the sites on there are outdated junk. Now they need to get rid of Dmoz as well. I have been waiting 2 years for a dmoz to include one of my sites.

    Directory sites in general aren't dead, but the ones who charge for spots should be, DMOZ looks to be dying though. They are corrupt IMHO, mods taking money for posts.

    Yeap. Directory sites are still works perfect for me. But directory website moderators never looks well maintain. That's why get some penalty. :(
