Yahoo and Adwords With No Balance

Using two individual VCCs, I opened a $50 adwords & a $100 yahoo account. After setting up the billing and campaign stuff on each, there was a zero balance on both. Is this normal?

It normally takes about 30 mins to 60 mins for the credit to show up in your Google Adwords account.....I'm not sure about yahoo however. I've noticed this problem with Google over the past few days. The longest it took for the credit to show up was about 2 hours....but on average its been taking up to 1 hour.

I believe with Y4hoo you need to make a 30$ deposit to receive your voucher balance, that is there catch. I haven't done this before but have read about it on this forum.

I made a $30 deposit using a VCC a few days ago - I still have a zero in my yahoo account.
