Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out with a question. I was curious if I was to setup landing pages or pages that would redirect to a affiliate etc How worried would I need to be to use pictures off of say xxx forums.

What I mean is if I don't have release forums for the pictures but all the girls/guys would be of course over 18+. Would I need to worry about anything legal wise? Would anyone be going after people doing this?

Thanks for any help or advice.

For me personally I always block my whois info with adult sites mainly for the fact I don't want my name affiliated with it. If you don't mind having your name linked to adult content sites then you don't need it but I enjoy the privacy. If you're using images off of porn forums try using amateur pictures because they probably won't come after you and if they do just change the pictures. Something I do is just register a domain with whois privacy and have it redirect to my CPA/CPL offer hosted from the sites. It saves me all of the trouble you've listed and my only job is to get the link out there through social media and other tactics. Namecheap has free whois privacy when you buy off of them and Godaddy has some coupons out there (check the domain section here) you should be able to get the domain with a coupon for cheaper on godaddy then without one on namecheap. Good luck.

    edit with coupons:
NAMECHEAP coupon: SCHOOLSOUT (saves you 1$) this month.
    INFREEPRV4 - $4.13 com domains for godaddy.

Also if you talk to your affilate manager they may help you with a custom landing page.

Thank you very much for the information man much appreciated.

Quick question since it seems like you have some experience with this. Is there a way to make a huge amount of different landing pages like this without having to buy 50+ domains, I figure that something like a .tk wouldn't list well.

ps. Do you know if that godaddy coupon can be used multiple times?

Thanks again for the information and help.

Depends how legit you want it to look. .TK domains aren't really trustworthy to people and won't convert as well as a .com. I'm sure it could work but I wouldn't do it you'd have better luck going with a .com. I'm not 100% sure but you could probably use a URL shortener like bitly.com that way people you are trying to get to the site won't see the .tk and have the .tk redirect to your AFF link.

If you don't want to buy 50 domains you could try using subdomains xxx.xxx.com yyy.xxx.com stuff like that. If you're going to use subdomains make your main url something generic but clearly an adult word like sex.com then have the subdomain freecam.sex.com or whatever you're trying to promote. Alternatively you could just make pages on your main domain so something like xxx.com/freecams and have that page redirect to your aff link.

Also I think that coupon code is a one time thing but there are a few others around here in the domain section. Also if you have google chrome search for the extension "Honey" it will find you the best working coupons available while you're at the checkout.

Also give this a read phpjabbers.com/redirect-based-on-referrer-or-ip-address-php2.html might give you an idea of if someone comes from a specific refer it would redirect them to a specific link. That might work for what you need.

    And np.

Thanks again man, really great information and very appreciated.

    In your opinion

Work on like 3-5 landing pages and put in a huge amount of work building and sending traffic?

    Or

Work on 100s and put in basic templates and go for volume?

You have experience with both either or? :)

I would go with less pages and always collect the info (conversion rate etc), for lets say a week, then try to modify the page for better results.
Also go for a .info domain if you are short on money, .tk's reputation is low, looks bad, and you dont own that domain 100%.

Sounds good, thank you also for the advice. Hmm I wonder how well .info would convert.
