.xxx domain - TM issues?

Hello everyone,

So I'm working with 'someone' who owns this .xxx domain: EPORNER
Now, as you may or may not know, the .com version is a very popular established adult website.
The thing is that there is no trademark registered for 'eporner' - this someone carried out legal research and confirmed no copyright or tm on 'eporner'

In your opinion, are there risks with this domain. And is it valuable?

No, it is not of any value.

Not of any value , though , you can register the domain and put a short note that your site is not officially concerned about the .com nor way related to it.

If the research has been done by someone having good law knowledge then there is nothing to worry about copyright issues as it doesn't even exist.

I don't think it should be any problem as the research has been carried out with positive result. But if you put a text the site is not a concern of main site, I feel it will be okay.
