Ok forgive my noob question here, I've searched all over the web and can't find a freaking answer to this and I'm starting to rage lol.

What the hell is my username and password? Where do I find it? I'm trying to log in using the run->mstsc.exe ... But can't figure out what the hell my name is when it asks me to log in?

Where do I find this on my xsserver account!!!!?? lol

Did you actually get into your account? I bought their vps package a few weeks ago and the log in info did not work. I opened a support ticket letting them know.

They replied back in about 12 hours saying

XSserver "Hi, would you like us to restart your vps"

    I replied with something like

Me "well, if it's going to fix the issue then sure"

I then replied back a few hours later with

Me "I still cannot get into my vps with the credentials given".

About 2 hours later they reply again with the same message

XSserver "Hi, would you like us to restart your vps"

Over 30 hours had past since last contact, so I told them to cancel my account.

About 12 hours after that I had still heard nothing from them. So I filed a dispute with paypal.

About 20 minutes after filing a dispute with paypal I received this message on my support ticket.

XSserver "Yes something is wrong with the firewall on the VPS you are on. We'll fix it now."

I pretty much told them to go screw them selves at that point and spammed the shit out of their support ticket system.. Yes, childish I know.. But i was pissed off as I knew good and well they were not going to credit me for the 3 days my account was in limbo anyhow.

Worst experience I have ever had with any hosting company.

Sorry to hear that man. I was able to log in just fine. I realized I had missed their email with my login info. I went and looked through my email after I made this thread and found it there and have been using it ever since.

Shame you had a poor experience as most here seem to have good thigns to say about them. Hope you find what you're looking for.
