Xrumer post content

Hi,

I've been using xrumer for a few weeks now, mainly getting used to how it works.

I'm wondering, does anyone have any tips on how to write posts?

I don't want to post obvious spam that is likely to be removed in hours, but also want to get keywords in.

Does anyone have any examples or tips for content writing for xrumer?

Is there anyone that can shine some light on this for me?
