Not everything an antivirus program claims to be a virus is a virus.
Xrumer (from there original site) sure as hell on some AV's shows as a generic virus but its not. Its common for antivirus programs to show spam tools as virus.
    Thats how they work :)

I would not worry about it and disable your AV (if you downloaded from the ORIGINAL botmaster site)

If you don't want to trust anyone then run it against another AV product. You should have several loaded on your machine anyway. False positives are common in the industry and all major AV vendors have a link for vendors to report such claims to. If you are that worried then run it in a virtual machine.
