I am buying a new computer soon and I would like to know if the following would be sufficient to run xrumer without any issues.

    Specifications
    Computer: ASUS G75VW-BBK
    OS System: Windows 8 - 64 Bit
    Processor: Interl Core i7-3630QM @ 2.40GHz
    Ram: 16GB of DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 (non-ECC)
Disk Drive: Samsung 840 Series 500GB Internal SSD

    Bandwidth
    Download: 13.2 Mbps
    Upload: 1.73 Mbps

Would this be able to sufficiently run xrumer? How about xrumer and scrapebox at the same time?

Why you want to run XR on laptop?i7-3630QM is mobile processor as far as i know. Laptop is not way to go if you want to run seo tools 24/7. Think about better internet connection 13 Mbps is pretty low for XR. i3-i5 + 8gig ram + sata3 disk for windows and 60-120 gb ssd for XR will be ok for your connection. Go for win 7 or win 8 pro and downgrade to win 7.

Why cant I run it on my laptop? I wont have to spend money on a server because my computer has mostly the same specs as some servers. I know the internet connection is pretty slow so I will have to look into getting a better ISP.

Laptops dont have good cooling system and power supply = it will die fast. ASUS G75VW BBK costs around 1400$ on amazon. For 500$ you can buy laptop for browsing internet etc (for example Asus X54CRB92 - 439$) and for 900$ you can buy strong desktop for seo tools and other tasks (it will be stronger than ASUS G75VW BBK).

    Desktop:
    Motherboard Asus: P8H77-V 119$
    Ram: 16GB ddr3 (2x8gb) -70$
    Processor: Core i7-3770 - 289$
(it will be too much for your connection. You can go for cheaper i5 or i3)
HDD: something like Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX - 110$
Power supply - corsair, Be Queit, seasonic 100-150$
Monitor: i think you will spend ~150$
PC case: Fractal Design Define R4 (100$) - great cooling system included and your PC will be silent
Total ~900$ for desktop (you can make it 100-150$ lower if you buy i5-i3) and 439$ for laptop + you can upgrade desktop to 2x HDD raid 1 and ssd for XR.

Dont go for ready to buy desktop. Only custom solution. Before you buy make sure that your IPS will be fine with XR.

    One more thing
Desktop pc same as dedi server ~1000$ / 24 months guarantee = 41$ monthly
Good internet connection (in my country 100mbps cost 50$) so lets say 50$, and your not safe because its not bulletproof
Electricity bills - im paying 40$ monthly form my PC running 24 hours a day (im not using it for XR)
    And now go there:
And think what is best for you :)

XRumer won't run right on Windows 8. Go with Windows 7, it's better all around anyways.

Okay, limited life from a laptop? Seriously? The SSD will have a limited life, but so do all HDD'S. Windows 8 will have to go as well, use 7.

The cooling system will handle it fine, get one of those laptop stands with cooling fans under it and you're good to go. That setup will xrumer FINE. I've ran xrumer on my laptop to test lists or complete orders when my servers are down for maintenance. And I have a terrible laptop haha. (core 2 duo, 4gb slow ram, small SSD and I still get 150 links/sec out of it)

The absolute biggest two issues you're going to have are #1 low bandwidth (specially that upload) and #2,being on a basic home router is going to make it cry.

I'm assuming you're already aware of needing proxies/vpn for the whole ISP not liking spam issue as well.
