XLR8 PBN Service - Min 15 TF - 20 Posts for $99 - Unique Articles

I purchased the gold package (10 blog posts) from @Xlr8

On the 12th May 2017 it states that the TAT is 10 days so when I did not receive my order I asked on the 30th May 2017 where my order was. On the 31st May 2017 I asked again but I have not received any answers. So I then sent a email via PayPal after waiting another 48 hours I put in a claim/dispute in with PayPal and am now awaiting PayPal to make their decision. All I want is for a mod to close the sellers service so no one else gets ripped off.

Even I paid him for 10 posts and I never got refunded or received the work. @I know SEO Its more than 48 hours. has the seller even responded?

P.S: I request admins to get some sort of deposit from sellers so they just don't vanish and come again with a new account & name to vanish again.
