This looks like some sort of really smart CPA signup form. All the "prizes" look really familiar.. iphone, coupons, laptops.

I bet the person behind this is making a killing.

my guess is a CPA thing, thats really clever.

I'm also intrigued by his concept,

I've taken a look at his source code, he's passing your account info to the pop-up when you click on one of the items. Put I tried to get the sorcecode of the pop-up but it just returns me the code of the main page. Now i'm no coding expert, far from that but If it's actually filling out an affiliate CPA offer everytime you click on one of the prize items well for sure hes cashing out BIG TIME.

I saw a cUrl tutorial on here that tells you how to emulate browser usage, and it can read the post data when a form is submitted. That might be a place to start.

I would suspect that is actually a good indication that the site is doing very well. i notices some of those people are getting prizes for most referrals.

but couldn't this get you banned from CPA's? I'm sure they'd figure out, with a 0% of the accounts through signing up being used.

You would have to blend it in with some WH traffic.

You are correct though that if you send traffic that NEVER converts they will eventually ban you.
