I work as a recruiter. For a long time, I’ve been sourcing candidates via standard mass messaging in public Telegram chats. Now I need to adapt and expand to other platforms and find more methods. Automation is a bit of a challenge, though - it works fine in Telegram, but it’s trickier on other platforms like facebook, discord or twitter.
Could you please suggest how to improvise or adapt my approach in this area? I’d also like to know which recruitment methods drive the highest conversion rates
I’m also interested in any ready-made solutions for managing multiple networks (mass messaging, posting, inviting, etc.).
