WTH SEO Expert/Link Builder to get some sites out of Sandbox

I have a handful of EMD's that I perhaps spammed a bit too much, too quickly & too soon. They are country specific domains and are ranking very well in Bing but nowhere to be found on Google (country specific Google).

If you believe you can get them out of the sandbox for me. PM me so I can send you the domain names so you can quote me on getting them out of the sandbox.

It's most likely easier to get a new domain and let it rank in Google than getting a a penalized/deindexed domain to rank again. Unless you have the chutzpah to say sorry in Google Webmasters Tool and ask for a reconsideration.

They're exact match domains (EMD) so I am not so willing to just get another domain...

Do you have "BASE" links before the sandbox? links from trusted site like EZA, Squidoo, and etc. I can offer you a quality SEO but that cheap though.
