[WTH] Python Web Scraper

Looking for someone who is an experienced Python web scraper to outsource some of my projects' functions to.

I have lots of projects and when I code every line of the entire project, it takes a long time. I'm looking for someone to follow my precise instructions to build functions. Each function will have specific details regarding: input (arguments), output, description and recommended libraries. Of course, we can discuss different ways to approach it.

Important libraries to learn:
- BeautifulSoup
- Mechanize
- urllib
- Selenium (PhantomJS) or any similar headerless browser
- Matplotlib
- MySQLdb

Your characteristics:
- Open minded

- Available at least 30 hours per week

Payment:
We can work on a quote-based system where I specify what functions I need built that week and you quote me for each function. If you rather work on hourly basis, we can go through oDesk or some other tracking system. Open to ideas.

I also have projects in selenium, python, autohotkey, phantomjs and so on(auto), and want to start extra project/projects.
I can also save results in text from png (tesseract) if i have to(for 5 $).
