[WTH] Professional Designer

Looking for a professional designer.

I have a VERY high profile website, and im working with another BHW member to sell it.
Needs to be completed in 5 days, as the offer on the table has that timeline.

We are looking for a professional designer to work on the website , get it looking nice, and then when we sell the website, you will receive 8% of the sale.

You're not really offering much. There is a large gap between 20 and 50k, and I thing you are on the lower bracket (if that) if you want to hire a designer to boost the offer. I would ask for at least 10% of the total. Or 20% on the difference between the current value and sale value (i.e. value of the design). $1000-$2500 (what stands to be your current offer) is really not a lot of money for a VERY high profile site and the timeframe you need it finished in. Just my 2 cents.
