Of course, when I take it into the dealership, it doesn't do it. So last night, I whipped out my flip video and recorded it.

Had almost the same sound in my dodge last spring. It eventually went away. Never figured out want it was.

Sounds like leaves or debris in the air duct system. Does it get worse with higher fan and or driving speeds?

Try posting the video at dodgeforums. There's lots of chrysler techs that hang out there.

Only a few things it can be. Use the process of elimination to track it down.

It actually sounds like something rubbing against the tire. I would look it over first and make sure it's clear(guessing you probably did this already).

Be sure to check the rubber moulding around the windshield, etc. I've had it after having a windshield replaced, where at speed the wind would make it fluctuate and cause a heck of a weird noise.

Basically if you can narrow it down to when, you can eliminate a lot of the parts it couldn't be. Sometimes even have a friend stick their head out the window to help pintpoint a little better where the source is exactly.

How's your sound system? It might be a grounding issue. If a wire isn't grounded properly, it can create strange noises. If the radio is on and the volume is turned down you could be getting feed back. By the way, when you were at the dealership did you have your sound system turned off? You put your flip right up next to what looked like a speaker on the dash. Is that where the distorted sound is coming from? Check the grounds.
