[WTH] Email Verifying!

I'm looking for some one who can verify emails. Something like this http://verify-email.org/ which can verify emails address. If anyone can do this please PM and get at me with your prices. If your interest I want a list of good emails and a list of bad emails so I know your doing the job and just not BSing me saying you verify it and etc. Anyway anyone who can do this let me know. I'm looking to verify 10Mil + Emails. I brought a list and I need to clean this so I can mail out.
