[WTH] Download photos in "my" page then do simple edit in paint

As the title suggest, I'm hiring a person who can download specific pictures in my facebook page (photos are on the page messages) then once downloaded, will perform simple edits in MS paint. (removing parts of personal information like name, and parts of transaction #, etc.)
