[WTH] Adcenter acount creator

Hello guys heres the deal i have create my adcenter acount with
my own credit card but adcenter didnt aprove it, No reason for that i call them but nothing close its close.

So now i need an US adcenter account attached with a US paypal account.(Fully aprroved)
Ill suply a private proxy for the job
