    Hey guys!

I just wanted to know if this is a kind of a blackhatter or a real buyer. here's the story:

I've got an iphone which I want to sell. I've placed a few ads on different classified ad's sites. I'm from germany so I've put all ads on german sites.
Yesterday I've received an Email from "Anna Rodriguez" that she wants to buy this phone and I have to ship it to Nigeria to "his son who hsa birthday". That's to funny I thought and replied: Ok send me the money and tell me the shipping adress. After I receive the full amount I will ship the phone to your son.
Today I've got a reply from her: Ok I've send the money to your bank account. Let me know when you've shipped the phone..
A few minutes later I got an email from the Bank of America which tells me that "Anna Rodruguez" has sent the required amount to my bank account but the payment is on "pending" as soon as is ship the phone and send the bank of america a reply with a shipping proof I'll get the money.

So wtf is that? is that true or just a very clever blackhatter?

LOL, do you have a Bank of America account? Did you give "Anna Rodrequez" your bank account number?

Sounds very much like a nigerian scam....

    Home Page:
    Go to bankofamerica.com

It is likely that the email you received "from bank of america" was fake and was actually from Anna

I've did this before too for fun and they did the same thing with Paypal and it was a fake paypal email. Also do not click any links in the "Bank of America" email they sent or they will steal your login.

I'd give Ms. Rodriguez a fake shipping number. Here's one btw I just happen to have right next to me for a UPS package that was sent to me a while back (from the US).

Tell her you sent her phone by UPS, and the Air Waybill Number is: 297-11518430 :D

Tell her you sent it by fedex but the airplane crashed into the ocean and the pilot which his last name is Rodriguez too had 24.6 million dollars in the bank
You can help her to send all the funds in Nigeria but for money transfering fee she had to send you $1K first :D
