I know that he is spamming using my email because i was received some e-mails back from hotmail saying that some of the email were not sent to a few of my contacts because they don't use that address anymore.

When i checked i saw that he had sent that messege to almost every single one of my friends on my contact list.

You should scan your comp for creepy crawlies just in case.

Scan your computer using free Kaspersky trial plus run spybot and maybe hijack this if you understand the output from that to make sure there's no nasties lurking about. Some spam just uses your email as the outgoing address when you get it but the fact that your personal contacts are getting stuff apparently from you is a cause for concern since general spam wouldn't know who your contacts were.

Also may pay to contact your ISP just incase you yourself get spam complaints...

Had that a couple of times, saves getting connection canned, if you do get complaint.
