WTF - Someone hacked my email and whatsapp.

So I have a "business number" - well not really a business, it's more passive income. Anyways, getting to the point, some mother fucker has actually somehow spoofed my number or something to bypass or recieve an SMS verification and get into my whatsapp..

Now when i went to "whatsapp web" - i can see, they have read my previous conversations with clients and actually telling them to "fuck off" and using things i had said in conversation to cause issue with the client.

I am having difficulty understanding how the hell this has happened. Anyone have any ideas on how this person is doing this ?

This is what has got my head going crazy, i cant figure out if i've downloaded an app that has some virus, someone spoofing somehow, or someone i may even know... cant begin to descrive what it feels like, it feels like your privacy violated. Just trying to figure out and get to the bottom as to how the hell this happened. I feel super paranoid now.

Probably someone cloned your SIM card. Is your business strong enough for someone to do this?

you should check with your service provider to see if someone ported your phone number and check any accounts which require two step verification to access
