I'm opening this thread, hoping that our fellow BHW user skittles will finally pay some attention to its users! First I want to say that his services are working and the prices are really good, yet there is 1 question I cant get out of my head.... How on Earth did you became so big while having an absolute zero (nada, zip, znitch, etc.) customer support??? (Maybe you did in the past...?) All orders are being proceed, that's cool. But there is no way we can ever reach you. I tried emailing. I tried live chat which is always offline. Skype support also doesnt work. (I have been messaging you in skype everyday for the past 8 days and no response.) I know for sure that there are plenty of other guys who are using your services, and I can see from your BST thread that they are getting pretty much the same support. First your method got publicly shared by some douchebag and many custoemrs got their videos deleted. It's ok, shit happens, you returned the credits. Then you got a surgery abroad, and yet you came back more than 2 weeks ago and still support is being aweful. On top of that you don't work weekends. So what is going on? Are you waiting for somebody to come up, offer same prices and replace your spot? If you are lacking support people, please take some time to check the BST section, odesk or freelancer and get some virtual assistants to help you. Even the greatest service will sooner than later fail because of poor/non existing support. I don't mean to attack skittles in anyway with this thread. I love your services and Im using it. But as a customer who is only using your services, Im here to tell you that you are doing this wrong by not having any support! I just hope that you will take some time to consider hiring some people to help you with this, so we (your clients) could be happier and use more of your services in the future!
