WTF Skittles/Viralsocials???

    I'm opening this thread, hoping that our fellow BHW user skittles will finally pay some attention to its users!

    First I want to say that his services are working and the prices are really good, yet there is 1 question I cant get out of my head....


    How on Earth did you became so big while having an absolute zero (nada, zip, znitch, etc.) customer support??? (Maybe you did in the past...?)

    All orders are being proceed, that's cool. But there is no way we can ever reach you. I tried emailing. I tried live chat which is always offline. Skype support also doesnt work. (I have been messaging you in skype everyday for the past 8 days and no response.)

    I know for sure that there are plenty of other guys who are using your services, and I can see from your BST thread that they are getting pretty much the same support. First your method got publicly shared by some douchebag and many custoemrs got their videos deleted. It's ok, shit happens, you returned the credits.

    Then you got a surgery abroad, and yet you came back more than 2 weeks ago and still support is being aweful. On top of that you don't work weekends.

    So what is going on? Are you waiting for somebody to come up, offer same prices and replace your spot?

    If you are lacking support people, please take some time to check the BST section, odesk or freelancer and get some virtual assistants to help you.

    Even the greatest service will sooner than later fail because of poor/non existing support.


    I don't mean to attack skittles in anyway with this thread. I love your services and Im using it. But as a customer who is only using your services, Im here to tell you that you are doing this wrong by not having any support! I just hope that you will take some time to consider hiring some people to help you with this, so we (your clients) could be happier and use more of your services in the future!

    I love Skittles service, he has a BST thread where he replies to customers.. Just use that.

    Yeah, he also replies in Skype and by email. The problem is that doesn't happen really often recently.

    I love his services too if that matters, yet I hate his support.

    I don't see the point in this thread really. The way things are normally handled, you post these reviews in his BST. If it really comes down to it, you open a shit list. At least, that is what I have always seen a MOD come in and say whenthreads like these a re posted in the lounge about BST's and their providers.

    Yes title is misleading though skittles service is good.BST is the place where you get more support from sellers if not in mail or other messengers.Hope you will get through this if op comes across this.

    I agree with 100% with OP. You go on Skype and what does it say? "We no longer offer Skype support. Please use our Live Web Chat". So, you goto his site and guess what? He's NEVER on it. You have to leave a message which is an email that he never responds to. I was NEVER refunded/compensated my credits for all the videos that got deleted as he said he would do so several times. OP is right. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL. Someone WILL come and take his spot. That is a given.

    Before I start, I want everyone to know that I am in no way trying to hurt skittles repuatation just because he is a competitor, this is strictly my thoughts off past experiences and FACTS.

    Fact:
    You say he responds to his thread? Not sure what thread you're referring to, but the last response I see from him is 11-05-2013 and it's now 11-14-2013.

    So 9 days with no response, that's quick enough for you guys? However, I guess that's better than no response based on what I've dealt with in the past with Skype.

    I used to deal with him via Skype and it was an absolute nightmare. You get a response once in a blue moon, half the time the issue or question isn't addressed. For the most part, he just would answer. I stopped dealing with him completely an never looked back.

    For anyone who thinks I'm just trying to hurt his business, feel free to check his thread, tons of people complaining, no response from him for 9 days. Everyone says he doesn't answer Skype messages or emails, doesn't take car of questions or concerns on the BST, as you can see and I have every single chat log with this guy from skype, I'd love to show if you think I'm just trying to hurt his reputation. I can prove where he rarely answered anything when I used to deal with him before his alleged (no skype support). Just my experience and what I'm seeing...

    I can vouch for OP. when i ask for 1000 views i dont mean 20,000 in 1 and a half days dude.
    my vid got deleted fast! and it wasn't for CPA it was for a client, i manage their bands youtube.

    You can imagine how pissed they were...

    To be fair, he only needs to PM a mod/admin to inform them, so that they can temporarily close his BST.

    He's causing a lot of damage to his buyers.

    I think OP created this thread as Skittles has failed to respond to the many complaints in his BST and has failed to reply to any PM's. Creating a public thread is sometimes the only option.

    Besides, do you really want anyone else ordering from Skittles at the moment? It will just be more complaints and eventually a shitlist thread.

    So ViralSocials is a one man business? I don't think so. If you believe that then you're in fairy land.

    Fair enough he's going through problems but it's not right for him to leave that BST open, think of all the damage he's causing, he would save himself trouble if the BST was closed as I can see a shitlist being posted in the near future.
