So, seeing as the only other meats I've really ever heard of fermenting are like muscles in your body when your work out...and cured deli meats (like salami)...This beverage probably tastes of warm, spoiled salami.
You know that tangy flavor in salami? That's acid produced by bacteria.
Imagine how tangy seagull wine would be. mmmmmm
