Wtf? Need Help Regarding Adbrite

So I read everywhere that you can buy 1k pageviews for 0.01 cent for a full page ad.

So I registered with adbrite and I somehow spent $10 on only 1k impressions! Could someone provide a step to step tutorial on how I can achieve 0.01 cent per 1k pageviews?

there's no such thing as .01 for 1K pageviews although I have gotten 500 views for a dollar once

change your max cpv bid to .001 and there you go

you won't get many impressions though -- .010 is the default but you can target sites

I wonder what other people meant when they said 0.01 per 1k views. It's weird though only 10% of my 1k pageviews show up on analytics.
