I don`t really used Adwords for a long time, now just made a campaign for the content network, waited about 2-3 days to be approved, I have setted my daily budget to 40$ , CPC 0.45$(content) but the ad don`t started running yet!? it`s about 3 days from approval? This will actually start, or how much I must to wait for it!?

I thinked about it, but I bid 0.45$ /keyword for 10-12 keywords lol, and none of them started to get impressions, and remember this is for content network, not search where the avarage bid is 0.05$-0.10$/keyword!
