OK, so last week I bought Troopal (for my brother) and he decided, within 24 hours, that it wasn't for him and that he really had no use for it considering the expense he realized he had to put into it. So, within that 24 hour period, I had emailed Troopal support for him, asking for a refund as the program came with more of an investment then he was interested in and this is the email they sent: "There is no refund on the software price. However if you don't want to post you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Postsalot" So, 20 minutes later I receive another email from Troopal support saying this: You have received an OnTime Notification. Here are the notification details: Change Details: Description has changed Notes has changed Workflow Step has changed Status has changed Task Id: 246 Name: Refund Workflow Step: Completed Well...no refund was completed, and in fact, they went ahead and charged the paypal account for the $79 subscription. My question is ~WTF~ !!!!!! Why would there not be any refund available for the program???
