WTF is SEO Pressor?

Hey,

While browsing some forums lately I've heard many assholes talking about a plugin called seo pressor and unfortunately I haven't found any kind of useful info on the product-not even on the sales page (duh)! According to all the brags, it helps in SERPS and I can't figure out how a simple plugin would skyrocket your ranking positions!

So, can anyone clarify things here? Has anyone used it and seen results?
