So I have been web designing ever since I was around 16 and I know of many CMSs but I found this one the other day and I'm still trying to figure out what is so special about it
    http://www.rocketeercms.com/

I was wondering if anyone else has heard of or delved into rocketeer before or if I should just stick with wordpress/joomla.

    Thanks

It looks good to me, I haven't tried it yet though so I think you should give it a try if you got some time and let us know how it goes or else if you're in a hurry, I would suggest to stick with Wordpress.

Some of the examples look pretty good.
If there were more plugins available I might be persuaded to give it a try but Wordpress is just too versatile.

Yea, I agree with Kaistar. Wordpress is just far to versatile at this point. You can pretty much do anything with it, so you might as well stick with it. Take a look at the genesis framework using a theme like dynamik. I've since switched most of my sites over to it. The speed and customization options are amazing. And I'm most certainly not affiliated in any way. Just a happy user! :)
