is it because they are paying you? - your balance tends to reset to 0 when its payday

Are you blackhatting ? You might have been accused of cheating the network.

That happened to me with CJ. (CJ is setup under my corporation, purchase made under my personal name) I purchased hostgator hosting for myself, which I am still using months later. It showed in my account & then when I got paid some other affiliate commissions, it was $100 short. There was suddenly no record of the hostgator commission. And they don't make it easy to see what happened... it just disappears with no explanation. It is bs & makes me quite wary of even promoting hostgator.

The only thing I could think of, is at the time I think I had saved the link in my email, so when I clicked on it, I guess it would have shown email as the referrer, which maybe they don't allow. (I know better now, of course) So maybe it had something to do with your traffic source??

It may be that the advertiser is no more. If the network doesn't get paid neither do you.

    Most likely reversed transactions.

Advertiser bitched to the network that your leads are fraud and the network canceled your commissions. But they should've contacted you first.

The other reason, which happened to me quite a few times actually, is that it is a lame attempt from the network to steal your money.

Contact them and ask for explanation... don't be surprised if they claim to not have noticed the "glitch" in their system & the lost money, or even accusing you of halusinating & not having earned any commissions with them at all... lol.

They will deny your claims, but "as a gesture of good wills" they will send over $180 to your account so that you are happy! lol Happened to me.

Same thing happened to me. People I told to visit a domain I setup redirected to hostgator. They "disappeared" $300 in commissions. I contacted them and they asked me for the numbers of each transaction. Obviously it was too late to get these numbers...

Don't promote Hostgator white or blackhat.

well i just got a message from the affilater:

    Hello,

The advertiser you were promoting has rejected all of your sales as Ineligible / Fraudulent.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept this type of traffic in the network and I have now closed your account.
 i really wonder what was wrong with my traffic...

Wow! bad news... as I told you, most probably reversed transactions.

But tell me, have you been covering up your tracks well? It is weird they are not paying AND banning you at the same time.

There must be some clear trial to your tracks.

    How were you promoting this?
Correct me if I was wrong but it was a zip / email submit?

well i blanked the refferer with DMR and i really thought i was fine but...doesn't seems like..any ideas what went wrong?

i did a blogspot blog and told people to signup at site x to get download y. i had an conversationrate from like 40 %. Maybe my fault was to take the linkcode out of a banner from the CPA Offer -.-
