BHW is a community that I used to care a lot about, but that just has not been the case the past few months. There seems to be constant dick measuring, flaming and plain disrespectful posts. I can tell you that is why I have not been active here lately. Especially with all the bullsh*t groups circle jerking each other for rep and thanks, f*cking grow up already.

Don't get me wrong, there are a good amount of great members here. But it would appear the trolls, self proclaimed masterminds, thieves and just plain disrespectful members are slowing becoming the majority on this forum.

All I ask is that you ask yourself a few questions before each post.

    1. Am I dick measuring (trying to prove how much better I am than you)?
    2. Is this disrespectful?
    3. What can I post that will help on this thread.

Ask yourself those three questions before you post and POOF, you'll magically make friends, build rep and thanks naturally. Wow, what a f*cking concept.

We also need to stop encouraging smart ass remarks by constantly giving thanks to them. I'd admit, sometimes I get tired of reading noob posts, plain dumb questions and people simply not using the search function. I am also sure I've been an asshole a time or two on this forums as well. But come on guys, let's be a little more patient and helpful to everyone.

I fully comply with what is said in the opening thread, flexnds.

But, I notice every day on the forum that the topics and questions asked by noobs are becoming more and more like sales thread for their junk, creative spoonfeeding attempts, freebie lynching or just plain illiterate ramblings.

Some days i think the forum is turning into an episode of Jerry Springer or Oprah! With questions more related to personal sexual conquests and problems than actually about making money.

I noticed right from the time I was a noob starting on the forum, that there has always been a posting code to follow. That inner circle as some may call it, have always flamed or buried questions that are deemed spoonfeeding fodder.

I agree that everyone should show a degree of self control before shooting noobs down. Not everyone on the forum is at a high degree of education and not everyone on the forum has a wide grasp of written English.

I understand, but the lounge is the lounge, I guess anything goes there which is not always a bad thing. I also think people are quick to flame though, people flame me all the time, and I have to tell some long story so I can explain myself, and why i asked a question or why i am requesting a certain price, or why I am requesting a certain service. I understand in some cases as more information would be necessary to help, but when that is not and I see no reason to fully explain something I would just like some input rather than being called a noob or insulted in some way. People shouldn't have to explain every aspect of a post or thread they started right down to the detail. The internet is a big fucking place, odds are you know or other members know of a product, service or website that would be perfect for the respective poster.

Yes i agree! Having to write a three page essay just to get some sort of an answer on the forum, must be a pain in the ass to someone who genuinely needs help.

I also agree the lounge is a free for all topical area, but I tend to view BHW through the recent threads main page rather than delving into a particular forum category. This does sometimes tend to get buried with some bizarre lounge specific topics.

Very well put. Since I've been on this forum I've been disrespected, called a noob & when asking informational question, not getting much of anything in return.

What does a member get for responding like a smart alec? Nothing, but looking like a clown to the forum & the person asking the question. On the other hand a helpful post or a genuine response will make people follow & read more of what you are writing about. When you help people, you brand yourself & people respect you as a leader. Anyone that has had experience with affiliate programs should know hording your secrets & not helping people will only result in more work for you & ultimate failure.

Being disrespected & treated like you are completely new to the internet because you have a smaller amount of posts on this forum is just plain dumb. Read what people have to write & make an educated decision if they are telling the truth or not & if they know what they are talking about. I find it funny how many people respond to me like I'm inexperienced with generating a revenue online because of my post #.

The search function helps but I will be the first to say half the time it doesn't lead you to the threads you need or looking for. This is probably related to people "tagging" threads incorrectly or trying to generate traffic to their posts in other categories. If a complete newby arrives & uses this search feature, trust me it is easy to get lost.

When I first came here I specifically searched "Scrapebox Discount" because I heard through the grapevine I could get it for $57 rather than the original price. The search feature brought up so many things unrelated.

I would also add that I don't agree with you about the dumb questions or noob posts. When people start thinking they know everything about a specific topic or category that is when the competition takes you down. Even if a posts is noobish or a category is brought up again & again, I take the time to read it just so I can see if I can think outside of the box and develop a new strategy from what this person has wrote. Always continue trying to improve & learn, if you don't you will begin to plateau.

I can't tell you how many times in the past I thought I had completely figured out a traffic method. After speaking with someone & hearing how they were generating traffic from that same resource I realised I had to keep my eyes open & always think of adding or being more creative.

I appreciate this forum because their is a lot of valuable information & great tools available. Actually I have recommended to many members of my team & business partners just for educational purposes.

It is unfortunate though that so many people would rather horde their secrets than share with the community in fear of creating competition. I understand this to an extent but their are ways to point people in the right direct but in a different niche etc. .. ..

"Recently I added a post about traffic methods". I also put up some information sharing some of the things I do (that actually work) to generate traffic from YouTube. I havn't seen anything in return & it's a bit sad. Think about when you have a question you want help with or additional information on, wouldn't you appreciate people posting & commenting so you can pick their brains. Well eventually this forum will consist of sales pitches, run around methods that don't work & little valuable information if we keep up at this pace.

Lastly as much as I like the "rep" & other systems provided here, it doesn't make my ultimate deciscion on who to trust or not. It's fun & helps to make a better educated guess but I wouldn't go by this alone. I had a guy specifically tell me that he couldn't trust me because I was a new member with a small amount of posts & he was trustworthy because of his rep & itrade report. My opinion ...nope that doesn't make my deciscion.

I find myself closing threads without replying often lately.

What is with all that "Subscribed!" "Awesome" "Cool!" "OH F* ME! I HAVE TO TEIK AKTION!"

Wrote a post about it on Leith's latest 5 day study thread.

    Nobody gave a shit.

It's maybe because of the influx of kids coming from dp, so now bhw is becoming a daycare. Their like super trolls shooting for the troll olympics

I'm with you there man. When a member opens a thread asking a question I think we can all do more to try and answer or resolve these abandon threads. I've seen quite a few very interesting threads started and just never answered at all.

Sure for mature people, but for noobs its all about growing their e-p3nis and ego.

Always been dreaming of the ultimate forum with vip areas for the competent users. But then again those forums always seem to like $ before quality allowing peple to pay for having access to the vip areas and in the end turning the vip areas into noob areas (noobs with money though)

If people want respect from me then they'll have to earn it. I see so much crap on this forum and it frustrates me to see people learning from people that talk bullshit.

If I disrespect someone it is for a reason, not for my benefit but for the benefit of anyone reading that crap thread that is indexed and ranking in Google.

How is that different from "real life?" And also, how is helping others ever a good thing? Have you actually tried it? 99% of the people that you are helping, you are wasting your time with. I have zero problem helping people that actually want to put some effort in, want to actually learn somethign, or have more than 2 brain cells. The rest of the "OMG, how can I make 3 billion dollars in 5 days" kids I could care less about.

btw, if you want to make 3 billion dollars in 5 days, here's the answer - it always comes down to risk vs reward. If you want to get super rich tomorrow, you better have the balls to face the time today, there is no other way unless you are the next Bill Gates and the chances of that are one to six billion.

    / end of rant

    Nice post mrfarshay!

I agree with your analysis on post count and rep+, plus everyone's misconception about VIP status and usernames being blue meaning they are respected and trustworthy.

The flaming of noobies seems to be a ritual that some members of BHW use as some sort of initiation and humorous welcome to the forum!

When i first started on the forum i used to post some good and relevant information, that because i was a noob resulted in some smart ass negative reps that only VIP's can give.

I will admit to you now that i made more money before i joined this forum, than i ever have being a member of it. So being treated like a complete no hoper because i was new to the forum was a bit annoying!
