What are these 'yt promotion' gigs on fiverr? I don't understand what they're selling, these are not views? Anybody?

I suppose, it's what it says. You give them the link to your Youtube channel and they bring traffic to it from outside Youtube from high traffic video sharing sites/blogs.

These are bot views. They write that because fivver dont allows to sell bot views so sellers just lie about it.
But dont buy from Fivver. They ripp of thier users with extreme high fees

They resell crap panel views at huge prices

This is to get "backlinks" for the video to get a better rank on the Youtube SERP, there is a whole Youtube ecosystem SEO

I follow some channels that don't even share URL in their video description so they don't link outside the platform, and get a better referencement.

I have no data about this, but it looks like more and more people are doing such kind of "optimizations", maybe it's working.

This looks good on paper. I suppose he has a channel/platform of some kind where he will be promoting your channel there? How much does it cost?
