[WTB] Two Professional Website Templates

I need a freelancer designer to create two templates for a basic professional website for an internet marketing company with some graphics. It needs to look clean and be in a form that can easily be uploaded to a server right away. The text needs to be easily editable.

Each template should have four pages About Us, Contact Us, Mission Statement and Marketing Strategy.

The two templates need to be UNIQUE! I don't want to buy YOUR templates I want NEW ones.
