just to let u know havin a pva ig acc wont change a thing if u abuse the account they wil block it and ask y again to verify it im talkn from experience and be careful with people tellin their accs they are pvas u cant really know if it s verified or not anybody can put a # on his acc and it can be fake

Don't trust in people with only 1 post like devilinus, it will be a fake 99,99% sure.

As CriminalMind has told you, you can't know exactly if it is phone verified or not because a phone can be set but not verified, also if you spam with the account or make more likes than the allowed daily for instagram you will get banned in all your accounts, and you won't verifie the account again.
