What's up, what's up!
Yeah, it seems that I am writing this as I should document something online, I suppose.
This is a little story of how my life got flipped upside down lads.
I was born in the year 2002, young man, 21 now.
I've been in computing since the age of 5.
I have been building computers since the age of 7, I started with the help of my father, when he had noticed my interesting in computing at a young age.
I have been programming since, around the age of 7 also, I started programming with, Scratch, LUA, and Java.
I believe, at this stage, I have custom built, approximately 30+ computers for friends and family.
There have been jobs I have worked in, in the industries such as: Construction, Agriculture, Bakeries, Paper Printing and 3D Printing at the Industrial level.
But, as of 2023, I have finished my final exam in my final module: Project Management.
This has brought me joy, as I have the weight / burden lifted.
There are no more deadlines, or higher-ups absuing their authority over people.
I get to do what I wish to do, when I wish to do it.
Some examples of projects I have covered over the duration of the course:
Some game designing, C# and Lua.
Multiple websites, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, SQL, mariaDB.
I.T Support projects.
Bash scripting projects.
Python projects. - I enjoyed these for my final year projects, two of my final year projects used a heavy amount of Python.
Database projects.
Arduino, wi-fi and bluetooth technologies project.
Cloud Projects, A.W.S, Azure, G.C.P.
I had my work placement, as a student, under the field of Networks Management, for a 12-week run. 3 quarters of that year.
This business had over 30 employees and was in dire need of Networks Management.
Every monday morning of each week of the 12, there had been meetings with shareholders, employees and management.
These meetings covered every topic of the business, all employees understood which grounds they stood on, and would in-fill the other employees on the progress reports.
These meetings spoke about who had done what, who is doing what, who plans to do what.
Simple procedures to follow in relation to Project Management.
I now have a deep appreciation for the extensive effort involved in the behind-the-scenes operations of a high-value business.
The business in question, I had routed over 1.5km of cabling in their factory floor over tracts.
I installed multiple access points and modified networks configuration, this relieved the strain and traffic on the network.
I had finished up my time, set my fail-safe plans with the company, set plans in motion for any failure within the year, to contact me and I shall return.
When I joined this community, I had absolutely no plans to post here, as I was most definitely pre-occupied with college and just life.
I had come in here initially with a quesiton or two, I got a response in relation to something web-dev related, then I had been told to persue a direction in Web-Dev panel management.
I got this info through my brother, @CPANathan, from @javabro. This spiked my curiosity that spiraled into modules I had covered in college such as Server Administration and Client Side Scripting.
I have interests in a plethora of topics.
Topics such as:
Content Creation, Social-Media Marketing, Data-Analytics,
Computer Design, Computer Architechture,
Cloud Services and their models, (Iaas, Paas, Saas),
Network Engineering and Networks Design.
Also, self-taught on guitar, so I have done my fair share of self learning, and I am damn good at it.
What should I think to do next, I am open to suggestions.
Cheers men.
Andrew.
