What is the difference between Normal hosting and Wordpress hosting? any advantage of use Wordpress hosting ?

This hosting is so slow. Fresh installed wp loads in 3-4 seconds and sometimes i get blank page and it stucks on loading forever. This happens to my all 3 websites hosted on wrathost

hey, i hosting invoice was due yesterday but i have problem sending payment, paypal wont accept my credit card and binance won't let me send less than 5$, and coinbase doesn't take customers from my country, is there a way that i pay for hosting, i use the 1$ hosting, thanks
