WP Theme Advice

Hi.

I am after a recommendation.

I need a theme which will allow people to come onto my site and download images.

I need to be able to upload a couple of thousand of pictures, in different categories which people can select through and download as they wish.

Any recommendations?

I guess TheGem or Photosy could help you out with this.
Haven't used it but all I know is these themes are made for photography to let you display the pictures in different categories. You'll need to pay for buying these themes unless you find any other ways to download it for free.

I should also add, it isn't actually for photography but for downloadable vector style pages.

Bump this for the evening crew.

Recommendations for a theme? it will be similar to a teacher resource site where there will be multiple documents people can click on and download for free.

Any ideas?

There is a wide range of beautiful photography WP themes, for example, wiso Photography, Photograph, Infinite Photography, Narcos, Oshine, Impreza, Salient, Uncode. Try searching for photography on ThemeForest, or TemplateMonster. They differ a lot, and I suggest making a list before you decide which one to use. Don’t forget to also check multi-purpose themes, because they are often suitable for photography.

Infinite photography & Photosy is good suggestion from my side.
