WP Seo plugins & Seo friendly templates?

Right, as you all know im new to this blogging thing.

Basically going to try something abit different and see how it goes. But i want to make sure the searchspiders eat the bait, so i want some nice juciy SEO going on.

I figured, i have a blog with 1 post (abandoned after i realised how useless it was) and that gets like 10 uniques a day. and that was without any real SEO etc.

So i figured, if i actually try and post 1 good post a day i might be able to get a decent following with whom to promote stuff to & monetize with adsense.

Basically i was wondering about SEO plugins for WP. i always hear about them, but never any names specifically, same with templates.

Anyone got any information. don't need links, but names so i can find them would be good!

Of course, if it works the way i plan it to, i'll share it here, but we won't know till i try.

Yeah thats got what i need. Now i have a busy weekend of tweaking everything, doing more research buying my domain & hosting!
