I didn't know where to put this question so I apologize if it should be elsewhere. I am not even sure how to ask this question

I am trying to use a WP plugin called Duplicator. Duplicator runs a scan of my archive and tells me I have 918 mb in my archive.
That seems like a lot. The help ballon says that anything over 150mb will trigger a warning so 918 seems somewhat excessive.

Any ideas on how to clean up a really messy WP install on my hosts server. It is no a fresh install. It is probably 5 years old.
I also deleted every backup in the home directory I could find (cPanel backup, Updraft plugin, etc)

Why is the site so huge. I think my sql database takes up 262 mb.
