[WP] How to automate import+translate an article from another site ?

Hi everyone,

I'm a french guy who has a site in French.

So i take a lot of content from english site.

Then i found a perfect website who has very great content on my niche, perfect for SEO

I started to translated each article one by one but it's long !

I would like to know if someone know a method to bulk import the content of this site, translate it and pull H2/H3, add pic and external link.

In fact, automate the process of creating an article from another site.
