First impressions:

I asked it to draw a Fish who has a willy (not @Willyfish), and it is against their content guideline.

The next best thing?

Well, not sure about that, but Dall.e can be a great starting point for visual artists (specially, generative art). Will save a lot of time with the initial sketching/concept, IMO.
