Wow Multi Page Web help

Im a noob when it comes to web designs, just the basics.

Anyways, ive generally just made single page websites. I am now making a two page quiz which should go the next page when one clicks submit on the first page.

I have my files assigned like this:

mydomain.com/index.html
mydomain.com/quiz.php
mydomain.com/quiz2.php

When i click on the submit button on page one (mydomain.com/quiz.php) it gos to (mydomain.com/quiz2.php)(displays it in the address bar) but then transfers to my hosting website stating the requested page was not found.

What did i do wrong?
